Dr. Neelofur Nazeer
Dr. Neelofur Nazeer joined Apex Clinical Laboratories, LLC, as a Medical Director in February 2022.
She received her medical education from Sindh Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan.
She completed an anatomic and clinical pathology residency from the University of Illinois – Chicago, IL, followed by surgical pathology fellowship from Rush Presbyterian – St. Luke’s Medical Center and University of Chicago/Northshore University Health, IL. System. She then completed a cytopathology fellowship from Wayne State University, Detroit, MI.
Before joining Apex Clinical Laboratories, LLC, Dr. Nazeer worked at SLU Care Pathology Group in St. Louis, MO.
Dr. Nazeer is a diplomate of The American Board of Pathology, certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Cytopathology.
In her spare time Dr. Nazeer enjoys cooking, reading and traveling.”
Dr.Patel
Dr.Patel serves as a Clinical Scientist Supervisor at Apex Clinical Laboratories.
She earned her Doctorate in Biological Science from Symbiosis International University -India, and Post Doctorate from University of Illinois -Chicago. She has clinical expertise in infectious disease, with 4 years of experience using Bioinformatics tools and techniques.
Cassandra Morales
Cassandra received her bachelor of science degree from Benedictine University, and her Master of Science in Biology and Integrated Genomics from the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford Connecticut.
She came to Apex with seven years of histocompatibility, and immunology experience as a Medical Technologist, as well as more than 20 years of regulatory and quality control experience.
